Pets: I share my home with Thor, a sweetheart of a doberman pinscher that I rescued while in school. Thor was being treated for heartworms at a rescue when my class was there. It was love at first sight, and now he has his forever home.

I first came to KC Animal Hospital as an extern from Pima Medical Institute in February of 2016.  During that time, I proved to be an excellent technician with a smile that never leaves my face, so KC Animal Hospital offered me a more permanent job.  While I love all the animals we see at KC Animal Hospital, I have a particular interest in exotics and a passion for snakes and reptiles of all kinds.  When I lived in Florida, I cared for many exotic animals including crocodiles and cobras!  Now that I'm in Arizona, I also help run rattlesnake rescue calls for the Arizona Herpetological Society.   If you need advice on feeding or habitats for your pet snake, I'm the one to ask!
